One Elderly Woman, Nancy Alice Rampy, A Voiceless Victim, Against A Corrupt Police and Judicial System and A Violent Criminal, Lawrence Lee Joyner, Who Befriends This Lonely Lady, Finally Meets her Demise After Years of Suffering Harm From Joyner and The System.
The ripples of police and judicial corruption harm one innocent vulnerable voiceless victim, an elderly woman in Bloomington, Minnesota, Nancy Rampy. Lonely, she befriends at her gym an animal, Lawrence Lee Joyner, who is protected for some reason, possibly as an informant, by the judicial system and police. This man was convicted with three accomplices of a brutal murder for killing an elderly man in a tub after hours of horrid torture to this person, are all released after ten years in prison, because of the errors of the prosecuting judge. Minnesota only holds a 30-year sentence for 1st Degree Murder. This creature Joyner for five years abused this lady as she endured his torment with no help from the police or other authorities. Then mysteriously she meets her demise and is discovered in a tub she never used twelve days after her desperate 911-call telling the police Joyner just robbed her of which the police do not respond, nor was this call disclosed to family or to the coroners. The death investigator also neglects to tell anyone Joyner is a murderer and tells everyone “There are no domestic issues or concerns.”
While the thousands of factual bits of information that have been gathered by the Author Susanne Spirit cannot be disclosed in this forum the Author did feel it important to all who view this page that Nancy Alice Rampy's last known words spoken should be viewable by all, her voice was silenced for several years while she endured horriffic abuse, neglect, and torture therefore it is only fair that her final words be placed here.
Nancy's Last Known "Words" rewritten from the original call to Bloomington, Minnesota Police via 911.
